Here's a few tweaks I have found:
Anchovies, Bacon and Mozzarella (no tomato sauce)
Clam and Mozzarella (no tomato sauce)
And when I am low on funds I reach into my freezer and pull out a mixture, 2 Sabatasso's 3 cheese and 1 Pepperoni, they do have tomato sauce, I cook the frozen three @ 250 degrees for about 80 minutes, very very slowly
The catalyst is my favorite a few beers. The relaxation effect on the mind as well as the euphoria from eating a 1/2 a pizza pie and then melting into my listening chair is unmatched.

As an avid beer fan, a sake bomb is high art as far as serving fermented brews from two different grains, quickly swallowed at opposing hot and cold temperatures within one gulp, resulting in a fine euphoric effect that's good to open the chakras with ;-D

I'm surprised they didn't throw us out of the place, we broke so many glasses from Sake Bombs at the local Sushi/Hibachi place, our bills were in the $1,000's so I think it was ok, i.e. they let it slide. But man I felt bad, one time we broke about 16 glasses from Sake Bombs. You're right about the euphoria!
cheers!
I clogged three arteries just looking at the pizza.

...of when I lived in Encinitas. The Stone Brewing Co. was close by in San Marcos and I sampled many of their ales. Their Arrogant Bastard brew does have a strong hops taste and can definitely put you on your ass in short order. I tended to stick with their green label Stone IPA. Their Stone Ruination IPA is even more devastating than the Arrogant Bastard.

With cheers to my fellow inmates on New Year's Eve, I've just tried my first taste of Stone Brewing Co. Ruination IPA... insanely bitter 100+ IBUs, which makes the regular Stone IPA at 77 IBUs taste like kids stuff (which is saying a lot). The good news is the forward bitterness soon settles into a more flavorful unfiltered goodness of the fruitier side of the Ruination IPA's hops and yeast, and a generous but not too sweet malt backbone. Up next is a favorite go-to Pacific Northwest brew... The Pike Brewing Company Pikes IPA with a saner 60 IBUs (but no less flavorful).
Cheers, Duster

Let's hope that 2013 brings all of us the best.

I'd go bacon and mushroom (no canned mushrooms). Bacon and Anchovies is too much salt with the salt of the cheese. I'm with you on no sauce too for many reasons including again the extra salt and the fact that most tomato sauce at pizza places sucks and is indigestion waiting to happen.

very good, I could only finish 3 slices...
Sorry to say that out here in the Country there are no Pizza shops that have such ingredients.
