The recipient of a FedEx package can change the delivery address by going online within the tracking info page. I do it when I'm not going to be home to sign for a package and have it re-routed to a FedEx Home Office or my work. You have sent to the verified address and your tracking number records that information. You are covered by PayPal with this evidence.
