I just did the basic mod, nothing expensive. I'm very skeptical about replacing expensive wooden cups with other expensive wooden cups.
It was hard to find a good price on D7000's. The deal I got from Mark for new D7000's with the basic mod was pretty good, so I figured why not just buy from him.
I've had D5000's that he did the basic mod to and I was pleased with that.

I know what you mean. I am pretty happy with them stock and really see no reason to mod them except some of the cups are pretty. The wire IMO is a complete waste of money as the stock cable is so good. I did wire swaps with the LCD2 and fund the stock was as good as three or four times more expensive wire. Hell pure copper is pure copper.
Do you know anything about this guy's work? I like the prettiness.

I also sold Marty a pair of Fostex TP50. he a good dude.
He supposed to be good and he delivers the product. Stay away from a guy called Bilavideo they are going to get him locked up soon as he has headphones and money and does not deliver.
