Hello WildWest. If you are as pleased with the neutral, musical and resolving performance of your V15xMR as I am with mine, I could second the idea of going with one of the Jico 'Super Analog Stylus' versions. Although Shure used a high quality elastomer (chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSPE), with resistance to temperature, ozone and with stable mechanical properties) in the suspension it is possible yours is past it's 'sell by date'. Similarly, probably it's a good idea to be very skeptical about any NOS being offered. Once the SAS is broken-in and you are accustomed to the (small though noticeable) change in the 'sound' it should provide you with many years of continued listening satisfaction.
