"You are well aware, more than most, that E/M theory, like any other area of science, is not perfectly understood."
Answer. There is one single, monolithic e-m theory which, according to one writer in this www discussion, has reigned unchallenged and unaltered since 1920. In that case, let us hear what it is please. Where does the charge come from on the bottom conductor in the "Catt Anomaly"? http://www.electromagnetism.demon.co.uk/catanoi.htmThe assertion that the reigning theory is complete and unchallenged is used to suppress all suggested advances, or modifications, to e-m theory.
The Establishment should not have it both ways for even more than 80 years. Either they must state their theory, or they must stop suppressing publication on e-m theory. I was totally suppressed for 35 years, until the London IEE published the Lynch/Catt paper in 1998. It is at http://www.electromagnetism.demon.co.uk/y7aiee.htm
