it doesnt -come- from anywhere.
the energy -is- the universe.
i think by introducing the tem whether in a vacuum or not causes the negative charge and all associated phenomena to become visible/measurable/active.
we cannot produce any type of energy but only change its form.
the energies that we use have been here since the birth of the universe and possibly longer.
we occupy/displace space/time as surely as we displace water/air/sand/etc.
this very fact allows many possibilities for things like the catt anomaly or faster-than-light speeds.
even in a vacuum we displace space as any other matter does.
i believe that the catt anomaly is analogous to a hypercube/tesseract.
we could never actually see a hypercube/tesseract but only a 3d approximation/representation.
its -shadow- if you will.
i think the negative charge in the catt anomaly doesnt -come- from anywhere as it is always -potentially- there in space/time.
the very fact that it appears simultaneously with the positive charge makes me think of cause/effect.
nothing can be caused without effect.
you put 2 wires in space/time and cause a controlled charge to go down the length of 1 wire to its other end and then are surprised that the other wire is influenced ?
may as well be surprised that tossing a solid ball into a bowl of liquid water will cause a splash.
how we perceive/measure/explain our world is limited only by our imagination.
and as you well know......just because you cant measure it today for lack of measuring device doesnt mean you cant measure it tomorrow when the measuring device is invented.
