Dave, thanks for the info. I may try an interstage again. I looked up the Lundahl site yesterday. Looks like the sell through retailers but I didn't see one in the US. Where did you get yours? I know my experience with the IT in my SE amp wasn't unique, or even unique to the particular manufacturer -- the really interesting thing to me was that on a scope I could measure flat out to 40Khz, but in listening, delicate highs were gone. In particular, I remember that the sound of burshes on cymbols went away with the IT but were clearly audible with RC coupling, or when I took DC off the core of the IT. Interesting, huh? Anyway, again, I like the simplicity, so I might just give it a try. Thanks, Steve
