I have no idea whether toriods are available for these units. I suspect that a 5K (or there about) toroidal output transformer is very likely, considering that it falls in an impedance range shared by EL34 and KT88 output stages, but I doubt that toriodal interstages are availble. There are only a few transformer winders bothering with interstages (though hopefully more as interest in transformer coupled circuits picks up), particularily those handling significant DC current, so you pretty much need to contact Lundahl, Electroprint, or Sowter.I can sort of tell by your original posting that you are gleaning the "best" components, based on various opinions of others, and looking for a design that employ them. Always remember that the whole is not the sum of the parts, that each part has a sonic signature that in combination may blend synergistically, resulting in a sound that can better than what you might think given the individual parts quality, or can reinforce weaknesses, resulting in a flawed and dissapointing sound in spite of using the "best" boutique parts.
As far as a parts list, I was not intending to make this a project, and I do not even pretend that my parts selection are the best and correct choice for this circuit. They just happened to work for me, in my system. Some of the parts I used, namely the output transformers, are vintage, and therefore cannot be purchased new. If you read one of my other replies, you will get a sense of the parts I used.
