Thanks for the input. so you mean good tube gears are better financial investment as well relative to ss gears?I have open choices to buy used or new VT-100 or MkIIIs. Should I look for used MKiiis or VT-100? What should be the good price range for these? I am asking these questions since I did not quite get your comments about getting the half price and then upgrading...
