That baffle thing can be pretty important. I see tweeters centered in the baffle left to right and even the same distance from the top of the speaker and I think- that designer must like that frequency cause it sure is going to affect it.Sound like you have put a lot of thought and effort into your project. CD horns need EQ to be flat as you probably know. Finding a good compression driver can be interesting. 15's get pretty big for any frequency above 200Hz and staying coherent. Horns need big mouth aperatures (like 1 wavelength or larger) at their lowest frequency to help stop internal reflections.
Good luck on that. If this is a 2-way, you may wish to consider a 10 inch or so filler driver between the woof and horn. This allows 12dB/octave for woof and horn and a bandpass for the 10 inch. This takes care of lost term in the expression, bandwidth issues, and only takes one more driver. Added that compression drivers do not like first order crossovers.
