I am very new to the classical music world, and new to the RTP area of NC, but I found WCPE (89.7?) and have it programmed into my car stereo. They broadcast in 3 streaming formats. I have heard them mention email requests from CA and other states. I'm certain they are classical 24/7, except of course for some news. I think it's NPR, but you would have to check their website.
