It's all about the music, dude! Sit down, relax and listen to some tunes.

What is your favorite version of the Bach Brandenburg Concertos?

Mine is the the old Busch Ensemble version on EMI CD's. This was the recording that architect Frank Lloyd Wright had piped out on PA to his students working the fields of Taliesen in the 40's. Great ensemble and feeling in these. Sound is mediocre.

What do I listen to now mainly? Johannes Somary leading the English Chamber Orchestra on a Vanguard (Bach Guild) hybrid SACD.

I have the Pinnock on Archiv and the Seon Leonhardt Consort on CD, as well as the Collegium Aureum on LP. The Somary has the sound, although I've heard better SACD, but not better CD.

The Seon reissue on Sony has an annoying sound. The LP sounded better if my memory serves.
