once it was brought to the attention of Paul and Steve, they immediately took care of it AND were very thankful for my input in that it could help make there operation smoother. One thing to be thankful for is the 30 day money back. I bought the Duet and returned it because it did not outperform my $150 Monster HTS-1000 MK II. Yeah, I know.
I totally agree with your thoughts and think your feelings are justified. I am glad people like you and me speak up; this is the way companies, and even people in general, get feedback for improvement.
