Never said they failed to provide, but they always seem to have some excuse, and have to always fix things after the sale that should have been fixed before hand.

Just read all the current problems in the froum. Blame it on new tech if you want but thats not the customers fault. Blame it on them being soooo busy, well hire some part timers they are in a customer service biz so act like it and stop making excuses.
