Wake up and smell the coffee. Sometimes mail order and shipping get messed up. I always ask shippers to use USPS whenever possible. I get a slip in the mail and go fetch at the post office or have someone do it for me if my schedule doesn't allow. Don't judge PS Audio and their products for a small possible error or theirs or a shippers part. I'm sorry you have a problem and hope you get your item quickly. I know how it feels to have to wait. I upgraded my p300 and since they use UPS I had it sent to my local UPS affilaite. I went and got it after getting an email it was there.Ordering online isn't always easy. I miss the old days: interaction at a good store, buying what I want and a drive home with my new toy.ET
