Click on "Help". Then Click on "Still Having Trouble? Contact Us.". Then click on "Email. Contact Customer Service" At this point, you'd expect an email link, but no, you get a pair of list boxes. Try each choice in the left box,until one of the resulting choices in the right box is "Close Account" or something similar. Can't say for sure what the left box choice is, because it no longer shows up for me, now that I have canceled my account. At least I think I have... I was able to log in after the first couple of times I canceled it.
