Am I correct in understanding that Listener was profitable, but was not delivering a high enough ROE ?If that is the case, would Englander consent to selling Listener back to you ?
If they have already decided to shut down the operation, then the decision to write off the investment has already been made.
I suspect a sale price or transfer terms would be quite favorable.
