I know exactly what you mean Rodney. It's not that I don't love getting lost in the music, but I do seem to be just as interested in fiddling and tweaking also. Just during the last 6 months I have tried no fewer than 5 different crossover configurations on my speakers. I am now going through a phase of playing with different mods on my CDP and phono pre-amp. My wife calls it obcessive compulsion behavior, and it may be a little true. I can't seem happy with anything, I am always trying to improve. Is this a common trait among so called audiophiles? Could be if we were true and admitted it.Clayton
