just a couple of comments

Tice did offer journalists a tour and inspection of their 'treatment' facilities and I believe one TAS writer had taken them up on their offer and reported on the process, with in the bounds of limitations that Tice imposed. IIRC, they reported a large room full of electronic gear consuming a lot of kilowatts, and a process which needed a half an hour cool down after each 'treatment'.

No further real details were released. Judging from the description it involved equipment that most amateurs would not normally possess.

George was somewhat of a curmudgeon, and that did not help the company much either. Their PLC's were nothing out of the ordinary design wise and as others entered the market his products began to slowly fall behind performance wise. Still they were effective and could be made to sound very good with a few tweaks.
