Has anyone build mirror image Paramount?...

I'm planning to build Paramount in mirror image..
Is this do able? Since tube socket and PCB are not mirrored, I would think there will be a lot of wire rerouting...
If somebody outhere has done this, could you please share the experience, hint and some photos would be even batter.
