Add the Commonwealth (rare as hen's teeth even here in Oz) and the Orpheus Silex. So far nobody's mentioned EMT.
Follow Ups:
I have three CE Mark and I know where another 3 are so they must all be in Western Australia. Mind you they are the only ones I have seen.

You once mentioned "Aussie idler TT of note is the Orpheus Silex."The Orpheus Silex is a belt drive- driven by an idler as I recall.

I suppose so - if the 124 qualifies as idler drive then the Silex has to qualify as belt drive.I should know - I have two of them (Silexes that is). Neither is in use or ever likely to be, I suppose I should sell them.
Well, by selling 2 Orpheus silex tables you should be able to get hold of a Commonwealth. The build quality really is quite unlike other tables, except for a few Beyer and Rola models.
But you really should stop mentioning Commonwealth- you're just going to drive the prices up.
These Commonwealth Electonics are one hell of a table and in my opinion they are extremely well built and under appreciated. A real sleeper so one day people will catch on to what they are missing out on when it comes to idler driven tables.
