Hi, pretty sure its a grace 940. the cuing arm looks thin and tapered, usually grace.

If the black top piece can be turned, its to adjust damping of the unipivot. The side weight is to balance out the bend in the arm and accomodate different headshell/cartridge weights.

I think that's an Ultracraft. Had one a long time ago, so memory is a little suspect.

Can't believe that typo slipped by me. The PD-121 and PD-441 were good sounding DD tables back in the late 1970s. Usually sold with arms from Grace, Infinity (Black Widow), SME, and Dynavector.
