Triode electronics has them. Tubestore carried them briefly but stopped due to hum problems in AC heater applications. Otherwise a nice smooth tube if you are trying to tame some brightness. Ei Elite 12ax7 would probably be better if you need more detail.

Follow Ups:
hum problems in AC heater applications.Yes, there were some hum problems in certian applications. They produced this hum in the Jolida TUBE amps but were fine in the Hybrids and CD player.
The new version of the Svatlana 12AX7 has just come out and is supposed to eliminate this problem. I will test them shortly in a Jolida 502B to make sure the claims are true. So far they seem to sound pretty much the same as the first series in the Hybrid units.
I have been selling the first version for quite some time now and just let people know they can not be used in some applications.
So far, nobody has complained [to myself] of any "brightness" (realizing everybody has different taste and preferences) and found the bass to be very good with a very accurate midrange.
Time will tell on the new version.

Thanks JJ,
Actually, I have a pair of these purchased back in January of 2000. They have seen very little use in my amp because I find them too bright. Maybe I'll see if I can get a few bucks for them on eBay. I think I paid about $7 each for them.

Some have found them bright, some (like me) smooth and bass-rich. I don't know if this is application-dependent or if it is a difference between earliest and later production runs of the tube.
