  So I'm guessing The Iveys was some pre-Badfinger incarnation of Badfinger?

  This is the 2nd time in a week I've seen someone on Audio Asylum attribute tunes I knew from the Music from The Magic Christian album to The Iveys: first it was "Beautiful In Blue" and now "Maybe Tomorrow"

  So my question is: did Badfinger re-record these tunes for the Magic Christian album, or were these actually Iveys recordings used as filler (since I believe only 3 tunes on that album actually appeared in the movie)?

    The Iveys were signed to Apple, but their sole album didn't get general release, coming out in Italy and a few other countries.

    Ron Griffiths was replaced by Joey Molland when they became Badfinger (while recording Magic Christian).

    If you like Badfinger, you should get the Maybe Tomorrow cd.
