It's been a rough week, okay? Anyway, I damned near wore those suckers out before I even knew he'd been in Genesis.Where is he now?
Bill, curious.
Follow Ups:
You're a goose Bill. Geese and the Ghost was Anthony Phillips not Steve Hackett.
Quack quack

...I hate it when you're right!So who was Anthony Phillips?
I'm sick and febrile...I should have my son do the posting more often!(see above).
Cheers, Bill, fading fast.
You might as well have been right. Anthony Phillips played with Genesis and is on Trespass. He was replaced by Steve Hackett. I believe he suffered from awful stage fright. Bloody good album anyway The Geese and the ghost.You've got a clever lad Bill, what else does he look at on your computer? :> )

Phillips released a slew of acoustic guitar albums in the late 1970s and early 1980s, almost all of which were exceptional. Many were part of a series called "Private parts and Pieces." I recall "Antiques", a collaboration with Spanish guitarist Enrique Berro Garcia as being particularly lovely and with great sound. Gotta dig that one out this weekend.

...for the excellent link.I've been searching for a vinyl copy of "Wise After the Event." My cassette copy is fading. "Moonshooter" is a spectacular song.
I heard him and his sister giggling like mad the other day, and found they were looking at a soft-core site, the magazine "Stuff"...lotsa bikinis, for the most part.They thought it hilarious, and in truth, I guess they were right.
I gotta watch those two every minute: Emily accurately calls Pamela Anderson "Big-boob Barbie". They'll be out of school in a week--YIKES!!
:-> Cheers, Bill.
