Dumping of large threads would be a shock to any current or future forum. If "threads of tweaks of dubious value" were initiated or quickly moved to PHP, I don't see a problem. The problem I see is proponents of such products demand for wider recognition. Whether they admit it or not.

        I've personally found them to be of immense value. Shockingly so, taken as a whole at any rate. Not to say that there aren't some I find outstanding all by their lonesome.
        As matters sit, I figure there's no sense arguing the point with people who've already made up their minds.
