Nice review. I'm glad that you like the new power cord. I'm in complete agreement with you regarding the UPOCC cable and FIM connectors. There's something "magical" about UPOCC in reproducing music that has to be heard to be appreciated, but again in the right system the synergy has to be there. I love UPOCC when used properly. I just put a FIM 303 on an Audio Horizons Premium power cord and the synergy was magnificent. Before, when using the cheaper Wattgate 320i plug, the sound was nice, but too light on the bass and a little too polite in the timbre and tone area. The FIM 303 brought out the mid-bass and lower bass to a better balance while giving the required body in the crucial midrange without losing details in the highs. Hooray when that synergy clicks in. However, on an older AZ Tsunami that I'm using on my tuner, it was a little too full with the FIM 303 so I got better synergy with a Wattgate 330i plug. By the way, I have an extra FIM 303 ac plug(like new) that I'd love to trade for a Wattgate 330i plug if you have an extra.

I am in the process of auditioning the Transparency cord. If I buy it, I might be interested in swap the 330i for your fim303. Also, I am thinking about the Oyaide 079 combo.

If you are talking about the Audio Horizon Transparency power cord, Joseph uses the 320i plug which is much cheaper made than 330i plug from Wattgate.I found the Oyaide 079 plug to be too warm and syrypy in my ststem, but it might be just right for you.

Sounds like you are not interested in swapping. Do you want to sell your fim?
