The ideal connection is 75 ohm BNC coax and to replace the RCA on the source and DAC with 75ohm female BNC connectors also. The aim is to keep it 75ohms as far as you can go as this reduces signal reflection and teh resultant jitter.
Most RCA Connectors are anywhere from 20-50 ohms (yes even the Canare ones). However the Eichmann bullets and the WBT Nextgens are much closer to 75 ohm as they do not use a concentric barrel style style construction.
So if you want to stay with RCA's, IMO the best solution is DIY an interconnect using:
Pulsar Coax cable (or some Canare)

http://www.vhaudio.com/connectors-rcaxlr.htmlor buy the above as a premade cable:
Pulsar (single)
http://www.vhaudio.com/interconnects.htmlAnd replace your chassis digital RCAs with WBT Nextgen RCA (WBT-0210)
Of course true 75 ohm coax/BNC all the way through is the best solution, but the RCA based solution mentioned above is easily better than most other RCA solutions.

Follow Ups:
Oh and a DIY pulsar with RCA's AND two replacement Nexten chassis RCA's will cost you less than the $100 interconnects mentioned as responses, and the performance will be better.
Oh and for the WBT-0210 chassis RCA's
I recently purchased the Audiovox digital signal cable and it blew me away. I felt like I got a major upgrade to my CIA DAC-1. Warmer, more focused, better abss and far more detail and depth. Was $150- for me it was well worth it. BTW- better after market power cords can be big upgrade with DACs too.

Whichever way you go with terminating with either RCA or BNC, make sure the cable length is less than 0.5m or longer than 1.5m (since lengths in between these limits are more prone to pick up interference from broadcast radio)
