It arrived yesterday. I connected it to my Creek tuner a couple of hours ago and aside from some initial, intermittent bass bloating, it's smoothly and sweetly settling in. The Polaris is sonically neutral and lets the source come through uncolored. Right out of the bag, it's open and balanced across the sound spectrum and instruments and voices are well defined and well grounded. Music sounds really dreamy through my Naim Nait 2 amp and refurbished Quad ESL-63 speakers. I'm looking forward to many happy hours of listening pleasure.Kudos to Dave at KD Enterprises for a smooth and educational purchase.

Follow Ups:
I'm now running the interconnect with my tubed cd player and, let me tell you, it's like being in another room altogether as far as balanced clarity, huge/deep quieter soundstage and infinitely more natural and palpable presentation than their Atlantis 3 I swapped it for. Most music is an easy load on my system and it deftly handles heavily dramatic/loud passages with more ease than I noticed before. The highs and lows seem extended and more integrated into the clear, balanced sound.I'm telling you, this is a whole other order of magnitude for clear, detailed and spacious for me. I can't wait until my wife gets home so I can share it with her.

Thanks for sharing, Sig. Let us know what the wife thinks about it. After all, women have better hearing, right. If she approves, then enjoy the music.

Oh, well. Busy from work. Not as into it as I am. Glad I'm happy. She was dancing around the living room and singing though, always a good sign. Can a Wireworld power cord be far away?

The new Pass and Seymour 20 amp cryoed outlet showed that something downstream was out bringing too much bass to the party. Once I had it and my speaker cables and power cords cooked, everything opened up like a dream. Now with my new interconnect, I couldn't be happier even if it was like going around the block to get next door.
