Hi ,I have some leftover of Belden 8213.
Would it make an excellent Component-video cable ?
Would it be comparable to Belden 1695A ?Also , can the 8213 or 1695A make an excellent Antenna cable ?

Thanks Jon ! :-)In comparing 8213 with 1695 , why is it as good for antenna but is not as good for component-video ?
Yes, it can be used for either a component video cable, OR an antenna cable. In either case, it is overkill in the matter of the amount of copper involved. In both cases, it will not be very flexible compared to other 75 ohm coaxial cables. Will it work as well as the Belden 1695A for either use? Probably as good for antenna use, but not as good as for component video (or digital audio).
Thanks Jon 1 :-)
When using the Belden 1695A to make component-video cables , if want to add additional shield with the ceramic capacitor (per your website article), can it be a single shield around all 3 cables , or must shield each of the 3 cables individually ?
Any significant difference between the two methods ?
Thanks.
