I don't think you will get an informed statement yet from the US as the Tsumami at least is so new.

Follow Ups:
....the Tunami has a shiny black jacket with red-barreled connectors. The P4030 has a matte black jacket with your choice of "differently colored" connectors. The Tunami also comes standard with the palladium-over-gold contacts.

I cannot imagine that it has their best 046 plugs, does it?

....it is intended as a value-priced product. It has the palladium-over-gold contacts but uses a bright red barrel. The 'normal' Oyaide 046 connector has a clear amber/orange barrel. The 'best' or most expensive 046/palladium-over-gold unit is the Acrolink which utilizes a carbon fiber & milled aluminum barrel.

Just got the Tunami GPX today. On the box, it says the plugs are 046's, so I guess the only difference is the color of the shell.
The contacts should be identical as other 046's, but with the different colored barrel. Be sure to give the cable enough conditioning time before you do any critical listening. Enjoy.

Can't wait to get home and try it...
