RE: cleaning (or replacing) grill cloth with less restrictive material

If you stay away from ribbon tweeter (DON'T MESS WITH IT):
- You can carefully and judiciously vac on the rest with a small vac. However...
- this is what I use with carefree ease: a Wacky Vac attachment, link at bottom.

They call the whole pack by the same name but the tool itself is the long centi-fingered device at the bottom right of their picture. It can also be found elsewhere on the web as a single item. I've used these for decades, even before my Maggies. The brush tips are useful to reach some places and the vacuum force is spread. So, on Maggies, it is gentle enough and thoroughly effective.

BTW, yes, it is a slight extra delight at times to remove the cloth and listen to the Maggies naked.
