Don't even get me started. I ordered a turntable off Ebay from a guy in Canada. He sent it insured through Canada Post. He didn't secure the platter and in its trip from Canada to Florida, the platter flew around in the box and shattered the dust cover, gouged up the table and mangled the gears. Cost me $65 to get it repaired. I tried to get Canada Post on the phone -- perpetually busy -- and the seller said he would try to get a claim filed. A month later I still hadn't been able to get through to Canada Post on the phone and my seller mysteriously stopped answering my e-mails.I took a ton of pictures of the damage to my turntable so if the seller doubted my word, I could e-mail the proof, plus a copy of the bill detailing what the tech did to fix it. I refrained from posting any feedback about him, because he did have a lot of good feedback and I didn't want this one incident of having his head up his ass to damage his reputation. I never recovered my money from Canada Post, but hey, you live and learn...
