I hear you. I too have about 400 positive, never had a damaged item yet and 1 neg from a loser with a 0 feedback.What I would do, offer him a refund if he wants it, less shipping, once the items are returned to you. I have done that and it worked for me. Once I had an item returned because the buyer didn't like it, he got he money back and I resold the item. If the items you sold do come back damaged,make sure you verify they were what you sent(check serial #)
