There are other sites to obtain a user's or technical manual. The tuner was made 30 years ago. An alignment, replacement of key electrolytics, etc.( basic refurbishment) will bring it back to life, not to mention getting a good directional outdoor antenna for optimum signal strenth. Joseph Chow is familiar with this unit and has several upgrade levels for it. If you're not up to paying for an upgrade and want to consider selling it for a decent price as-is, e-mail me privately.
