A few things I left out

I left out a few things in the original post:

There are two 120K bleeder resistors across the caps in the CRC section of the PS. Don't leave those out!

The operating point I'm using is 10mA total through each tube. The max is rated at 30 but with 250V B+ that would be way over the max plate dissipation.

You don't have to use 250V B+. Anything from 150V - 250V will work fine. At lower B+ you could go with higher total current before burning up the tube.

I should probably add a trim pot on the ground side of the volume control to set the max plate current to 10mA. That way I know I won't burn up the tube!

For those that asked the gain with the single output at 10mA cathode current and 2k plate resistors is right around 1.

Wow, I didn't know there would be such interest in this.
