A 2 stage 2a3 amp could be made quite simply. AC heating for the 2a3s, and a resistor loaded front end - maybe something as simple as a 6SL7 with both sections in parallel. Solid state power supply. no tube rectifier. Book value for the outputs - 250v plate to cathode, -45v bias, 60mA.https://frank.pocnet.net/sheets/021/2/2A3.pdf
