Good catch. It is actually wired up that way, I just drew the lead to the wrong end of the resistor. I have changed my file schem accordingly.
I think you are correct about the volts on the plate as well, as I believe that was a measured voltage. I will be sure to check it the next time I power it up. If you see anything else please let me know. I am going to start building it again in the morning. Thanks Tre'!
