RE: 813 triode connection

G2 is the screen grid and is connected to the plate when you use the tube as a triode. The 200 ohm resistor is a grid stop resistor and it's there to keep the tube from oscillating.

The cathode is the filament, not G2.

G3 is the screen grid and connects to ground (or the cathode) when you use the tube as a triode.

The 30k ohm resistor from G1 (the control grid) to ground is your grid resistor.
