Since you have a wright preamp, the obvious recomendation would be one of his amps. They go together very well.
As for 2A3 Vs.300B, that is a personal coice. They don't sound very similar, so try to hear a 300B amp first if you can. Personally, I prefer 2A3s over 300Bs, but thats me. You may wish to shop around, and see what is out there.
