Hi,Did an AC sweep on a Darlington built out of a pair of
MJL3281s. It had a peak at 437Khz, although it was not
nearly as pronounced as the Sziklai. Compensated with
3500pf from base to collector of first transistor.I was interested in looking at this, because my first guess
was it would act more like a single emitter follower (no peak)
than the Sziklai (peak). Since it acts more like the Sziklai,
this makes me believe even more that what we have is the same
basic circuit between the different followers.Its just how much open loop gain each has that is different.
I'll look at harmonics next and post the results.Thanks again Kurt
