smart answer?

I know from previous posts, careful reading is difficult for you.
None the less, do give it a try.
I did not write (and also don’t think) measuring a voltage with a multimeter is a concept.
But there is a concept behind: “How too measure a Voltage?”
And there is also a concept behind: “How too design a Voltage meter?”

Knowing this concept also provides the answer too why is not dangerous at all too freely poke around on the MoBo with a Multimeter which is set too measure a Voltage.
The same applies too why the Multimeter is not toasted when I put in a power outlet capable of delivering 230 Volt AC and 16 Amp.
Also for that same reason the safety fuse in meter board is not blown when I put the black and red probes of the Multimeter in too the power outlet as show on the picture in previous post.

Please provide an answer too these questions instead of lowering yourself too this type of insulting communication. Putting other people down, doesn’t make you look any smarter. On the contrary I would say.
