Hi Tony,
Let me help you too remember the concept off voltage measurement.
Look at the picture.
In the picture I’m measuring the voltage on a power outlet in my home.
The multimeter says there is 233,3 Voltage AC on it.
Can you explain too me why the multimeter isn’t toasted?
Or why the safety fuse on this mains spur in the meter-board down the hall is not blown?
