You might like old altec stuff if lush is good. Much vintage stuff is voiced that way.Horns are OK. I think direct radiators are too bright.
Can't say I like the new klipsch as of yet. Various ones I've heard were shrill, edgy and grainy. Maybe they've improved. Not much competition at the good guys.
