all clear? - dark aniline dye? - two tone? (easiest would be clear everything with a dyed access door) - "Sunburst" ? I wonder how amber shellac would look. There's an aniline amber but samples looked funky.my builder had to reduce the throat opening a bit to fit a 10" - I don't know if the horn will work well or not but it will look good and be stiff as hell for 5/8" Baltic birch plywood and relatively small panels. It sims "ok" with the cheap Celestion TF1020.
It will probably get a Cobraflex mid and whatever horn tweeter laying around.
The last horn, a 7 cubic foot bulk with 12", based on RCA-Fan's work, came out very good in performance and looks
