Classical music is probably much better served in SACD multi-channel than other genre of music. This is almost certainly been ths case in SACD as a format. But there are, nevertheless, some SACD multi-channel gems outside of classical music.
.

Some of my favorites in no particular order:

1) "Gratitude" Earth, Wind, and Fire (Sony)

In multi-channel this is the recording that I have most felt like "I'm actually there". (Actually I thought I *was* there, except that according to the liner notes this live tour was recorded on the East Coast)

2) "KeyStone 3" Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers. (Concord Records

I was initially put off that this was even available in multi-channel. I just didn't think it was "multi-channel material"(I bought it before I had a multi-channel system).I didn't think that jazz would sound good in multi-channel. That was ignorance on my part. This disc shows that *any* music can benefit from multi-channel.

3)"Monty Meets Sly and Robbie" Monty Alexander (Telarc)
Easily the most "wicked" disc in my inventory, period.

4)"Kind of Blue" Miles Davis (Sony)
The multi-channel version is superior, particularly in the bass, with Paul Chambers when compared to the two-channel version

5)"3+3" Isley Brother (Sony)
What can you say? In some circles this 30 year old recording is played and replayed as if its a current release. In multi-channel it is simply to die for

6) "Illuminations" McCoy Tyner (Telarc)
The musicianship of the "sideman" (they are all giants) is top tier.

7) "Ship Ahoy" O'Jay's (Sony)
This is flat out funky soul music that tells it like it its. May be a little over the top in multi-channel, so you switch to two-channel, but after a couple of minutes you switch back to MC, cheesy though it may be, because that is the way it was intended to be

8)"Lush Life" Jacintha (Groove Note)
I know little about female solo vocalists, let alone female jazz vocalists, but I can take Jacintha any day of the week, twice on Sundays. The arrangements and musicianship are excellent.

9)"Superbass 2" Ray Brown (Telarc)
Live recordings have a leg up in a multi-channel production

10)Telarc "Heads Up" SACD Sampler 5

Well done. This disc introduced me to several artists that had been completely unknown to me.
