I give it a D+, as basically a scam. That same sound could easily be achieved on any redbook CD. No point of an SACD if the content is no better than 44.1\16 bit can realize. Comparing it to previous CD's is "apples to oranges". This SACD was needless; could have bene done just as well on redbook, and when I listen to the redbook section, unless it is sabotaged, I guarantee it will have all the sonic benefits of the SACD.Unless, Sony has hedged its SACD bet, ...
