RE: DBT or not DBT

I wonder if we did an MBTI profile of a sample of subjectivists vs objectivists we might find that Sensing/intuition and Thinking/Feeling combinations determine which camp you fall into. After all, how we interpret the meaning of things sort of depends on these characteristics.

The ultimate answer to the DBT vs the Subjective knowledge of a difference is really only a philosophical guess rather than a solidly provable fact. Until measuring equipment is able to account for subjective variations more clearly and then in the end its how those differences in the end impact the listener.

Many years of fretting over the argument has left me using aspects of both the DBT vs subjectivist to influence my buying decisions and appreciation of my equipment, and I find myself in that place where i am truly happy with what I have and just enjoy the music. Which is what it has always has been about in the first place.

YMMV
