Perhaps you can answer my question. How "far" would this amp go with medium-high efficiency (96 dB) speakers (I also use a powered sub)? I am intrigued by what I've read, by I'm wondering how the amp would handle a full orchestra with percussion. I know some folks say 8 tube watts is like 60 SS watts, but that's not been my experience, and the most charming low powered amps tend to run out of steam on dynamic peaks. Thanks.
