I recall having to wait for the Pass amp to warm up a good 20 minutes or more to sound its best, and it idles around 200-Watts power draw from the AC mains.I haven't tried a Class D amp in years. Inmate John Elison likes his Class D PS Audio M1200 mono blocks more than his large highly rated Parasound amp.
Your opinion on the VTV amp means a lot to me since we both owned the same Pass amp for comparison. Thanks!
But I'm a little confused about VTV because they offer so many input options. I wonder how those compare and if the "up charge" on pricing is worth it.
